26 January 2020 Lewis Gardner of Bradford City Community Foundation's football scholarship programme made the all-star side of the National Football Youth League's trials, last month. City's academy will host an under-16s trial - later this month - offering young footballers the opportunity to earn a two-year scholarship at the club. ⚽️ ACADEMY | The Bradford City Academy's trials over the Bank Holiday weekend were a 'huge success' - as they invited 48 players to join their training sessions from the start of the 2019/20 campaign. On the last Friday of each month Bradford (Park Avenue) will be hosting open academy trails with the aim to find young players to join the clubs Academy sides for the next academic intake prior to the start of the 2020/21 season.
